Wildhearts Family Class

a class for children and their caregivers to attend together

This class is space for parents and young children to slow down, rekindle wonder, and remember our belonging in the natural world—together. Caregivers deepen their understanding of child development, local ecology, mindfulness practice, inquiry-based learning, and conscious caregiving practices, all in play and community.

Growing connection. Rekindling wonder. Coming home to the wild.

Forest Explorers is a weekly 2-hour class from 9:30am - 11:30am on Fridays. Enrollment is per family, no matter how many children or caregivers may be present. Whether you are a backpacking pro, or haven't been to the woods in decades, we welcome you!

No one is turned away for lack of funds. Read more about our inclusive tuition model here, and please email us if you would like to join us and the cost is prohibitive for your family.

There is no lower or upper age limit for Family Forest Explorers, though most children are between 1.5 years and 4 years old.
