Apply to Berkeley Forest School

Step 1

Please fill out this form to apply for a spot in one of our programs. If you are not yet ready to apply and would like to fill out our inquiry form for someone to contact you, please find our inquiry form here.

Step 2

Find your family’s equitable tuition rate with the SSS form. Since 2020 we have been working with School And Student Services to help determine an equitable tuition rates for each family, based on a family’s household income and circumstance.

Once that form is completed, we will email you the suggested equitable tuition rate for your family. You may read more about our tuition process and principles here.

Our School Code is 200168 — Just enter this code when prompted. The $51 cost is automatically waived for low-income families. Families new to Berkeley Forest School will have this $51 amount credited to their first month’s tuition.

If your family’s annual household income is $250,000+ or above, just email to notify us in lieu of submitting the SSS form.

Please RSVP for an Open House Tour here. Once you RSVP, one of our administrators will confirm your RSVP with you via email. Please ensure that you complete this form so that we know who to contact for which Open House date. Thank you!

We can process your child’s application once all steps are completed. When your application is processed you will hear from us within 3-5 days, or up to 2 weeks time during the height of our busiest enrollment season in Spring of each year. Thank you for your interest.
